The people around us are of two types. They are,

·         Introverts

·         Extroverts

 And they can also be divided into two groups. They are,

·         Task or issue oriented

·         Relation oriented

We can understand which type you belong to by looking at the above chart and their characteristics.

Who am I ?

According to this chart I am a person between green and yellow. Cause I have characteristics from both.

My introvert or extrovert nature depend on the person who are with me.

 And I am a person who values relationships with people more. I can’t be alone, always I want someone to be with me, if that person changes or they show me a different behavior I think about it so much.

But when I’m doing some tasks which is more important, I really care about it much. But I don’t value tasks more than relationships with others.

 

Group work

At the end of the lecture, we have to understand what color our group members belong to,

In that day our group members were Navod, Charith, Pravil, Chathumini, and me.

•   Navod is an introvert person, he has calm reactions, he cares about others very genuinely and he is in between relationship oriented and task-oriented behavior. So, I will give him more green and less blue.

• Charith is in between both introvert and extrovert. He has calm reactions sometimes but sometimes quick. He is highly relation-oriented person. So, I will give him color between green and yellow.

• Pravil is an introvert person he has calm reactions, and he only focus on the task. He doesn’t like to be with a gang. So, I will give him blue color.

•  Chathumini is an extrovert person. She has rapid reactions and she always be with her gang. She loves to laugh, chat with others. So, I will give her green color.

•        Better to have all types

Yellow comes up with a new idea, the Red makes the decision, the Green has to do all the work, and the Blue evaluates and makes sure that the results are excellent.
