Why is Sri Lankan cricket team keep on loosing ?

In that day our group has to discuss on this topic and find the solutions for the problem.

first we discuss the reasons for this problem.

• conflicts of opinions in administration
• wrong decisions of selectors
• conflicts among team members
• misbehaviour of team members are some of them.

for those problems and some other problems we came up with some solutions.

• building team culture 
• improve the mental and physical fitness of the team members
• selectors should aware about batting lineup and the fast bowlers without their private issues.
• players should give some constant time to improve. throwing out from the squad because of fail to perform in one match is not acceptable.
• and also spectators should give a support without any bad behaviours.

              Tax policies in Sri Lanka.

in that day we have to discuss about tax policies in our country.is that fair or not ?

this was a current problem in that days.

so we came up with an idea. it is as follows.

taxes are needed for a country to maintain their economy. but in our country those corrupted politicians stole that money also. there is no any transparency in that process.

so government has to implement a proper methodology for the process.

 and another thing is that doubt about direct and indirect taxes. our decision was to reduce indirect taxes in Sri Lanka.

we have done a group assignment about this topic also.
