Why is Sri Lankan cricket team keep on loosing ? In that day our group has to discuss on this topic and find the solutions for the problem. first we discuss the reasons for this problem. conflicts of opinions in administration wrong decisions of selectors conflicts among team members misbehaviour of team members are some of them. for those problems and some other problems we came up with some solutions. building team culture  improve the mental and physical fitness of the team members selectors should aware about batting lineup and the fast bowlers without their private issues. players should give some constant time to improve. throwing out from the squad because of fail to perform in one match is not acceptable. and also spectators should give a support without any bad behaviours.               Tax policies in Sri Lanka. in that day we have to discuss about tax policies in our country.is that fair or not ? this was a current problem in that days....
